"the not just 'folk' music festival"

 The not just folk music festival will be held again this year except it will be at a different time.  This years festival will kick off at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 12 at the Railroad Park Gazebo located at the corner of Railroad Ave and Morgan Street just South of the tracks.

Why do we call it "the not just folk music festival"?  Because it is not just folk music.  We like all music not just folk so we kind of adopted that as the name of the festival to cover all types of music.

This year we will feature the "Stan Basgall Band" from Hays Kansas at 6:00 until 7:00 pm.  Then right after the Downs Celebration parade Craig Beoucher will be on stage at 8:00 pm.  Finishing up the evening will be Jeremy Long at 7:30 pm.

Be sure and bring your lawn chairs and sit back and listen to some great music.  There is no charge for this event but you are welcome to make a donation to:
